PAYMENT TERMS:
- RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL, OR UPON RECEIPT OF THE INITIAL DEPOSIT (IF REQUIRED)
- A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR RESERVATIONS BOOKED MORE THAN 2 WEEKS AHEAD OF THE ARRIVAL DATE. THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT AND THE BALANCE DUE DATE WILL BE NOTED ON THE INVOICE.
- UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE, PAST DUE PAYMENTS WILL BE CHARGED A $25 LATE FEE FOR EVERY THREE DAYS A PAYMENT IS DELAYED
- CLIENTS REQUIRING RECURRING SERVICES MAY PAY WEEKLY, BI-WEEKLY, OR MONTHLY, AND AT LEAST 48 HOURS AHEAD OF THE RESERVATION DATE.
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:
- We accept bank e-transfers, SMS transfers, PayPal (credit cards are charged a processing fee), and select cryptocurrencies.
- CASH will only be accepted under $300 and for the full amount (including any taxes), as we keep detailed records for tax and insurance purposes. Cash must be dropped off in person within 24hrs of making your reservation. If your reservation is for the following day, cash must be dropped off by 6pm.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Pluto’s Place is a premium, small group, pet service provider.
We book in limited numbers to a limited client base in order to maintain a familiar and harmonious small group setting.
Cancellations made too close to a reservation date impacts our schedule, especially if we’ve already turned down other clients to reserve the space.
For these reasons, we have developed a policy for cancellations.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR DAYCARE, ADDITIONAL HOURS, & PER-DAY SERVICES
- We require at least 72 hrs notice in order to issue a credit.
- Less than 24hrs notice means no credit will be issued.
- Credit will be applied based on the dollar value only. Credits must be redeemed within 6 months, and excludes holidays, peak season, and weekend-only stays.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OVERNIGHT BOARDING:
Regular Schedule Cancellations:
- We require at least 7 days notice to issue a full credit, minus deposit (unless we can fill the spot).
- Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $100 will apply ($150-$300 for holiday and peak season) reservations)
- Credit will be applied based on the dollar value, at the posted rate. Credits must be redeemed within 6 months, and excludes holidays, peak times, and weekend-only stays.
Holiday & Busy Season Cancellations:
- No credit will be issued when a reservation is cancelled less than three weeks prior to a holiday or peak season reservation date. Deposits are non-refundable unless we can fill the space. If no deposit was required, a $150 cancellation fee will apply, $300 on short notice.
- Credit will be applied based on the dollar value only. Credits must be redeemed within 6 months, and excludes holidays, peak season, and weekend-only stays.
