PAYMENT TERMS:
- RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL, OR UPON RECEIPT OF INITIAL DEPOSIT (IF REQUIRED)
- A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR RESERVATIONS BOOKED MORE THAN 2 WEEKS AHEAD OF THE ARRIVAL DATE. DEPOSIT AMOUNT & BALANCE DUE DATE WILL BE NOTED ON YOUR INVOICE.
- UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE, PAST DUE PAYMENTS WILL BE CHARGED A $25 LATE FEE FOR EVERY THREE DAYS PAYMENT IS DELAYED
- CLIENTS REQUIRING RECURRING SERVICES MAY PAY WEEKLY, BI-WEEKLY, OR MONTHLY, AT LEAST 48 HOURS AHEAD OF RESERVATION DATE.
SHORT NOTICE & ADDITIONAL TIME/SERVICE REQUESTS
- We require at least 30 minutes notice to accommodate a late arrival without a fee
- Arrivals after 6:15pm, with or without notice, must pay the after hours fee
- Chronic arrivals after 6pm, but within the 15min hrs grace period, will be charged a late fee after 3 consecutive arrivals past 6pm
- Short notice, same day, and requests. to add a service to a reservation already in progress, may be accommodated if our schedule allows
SHORT NOTICE FEE WILL APPLY TO;
- Late arrivals (15 minutes or more to your scheduled time) or without sufficient notice (under 30 minutes)
- Late arrivals after hours (6pm)
- Last minute reservations made after 7:30pm
- Add-on services to a reservation that is in progress
- Requests for additional time that require us to significantly adjust our schedule, including those that put us over capacity
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:
- We accept bank e-transfers, SMS transfers, PayPal, and select cryptocurrencies
- CASH will only be accepted if dropped off within 24hrs of making your reservation. If your reservation is for the following day, cash must be dropped off on the same day, by 6pm.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Pluto’s Place offers a premium, small group pet service.
We book in limited numbers to maintain a cozy, small group setting.
Cancellations made too close to the reservation date makes it difficult for us to fill your spot, especially if we’ve already turned down other clients.
For these reasons, our cancellation policy is as follows
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR DAYCARE, ADDITIONAL HOURS, & PER-DAY SERVICES
- We require at least 72 hrs notice to issue a full credit, otherwise, a 50% credit will be applied.
- Less than 24hrs notice - no credit will be issued.
- Credit(s) granted will be applied at the current posted rate. Credits are redeemable on regular weekdays (holidays and weekends excluded)
CANCELLTION POLICY FOR OVERNIGHT BOARDING:
Regular Schedule Cancellations:
- We require at least 7 days notice to issue a full credit, minus deposit, unless we can fill the spot.
- If no deposit was required, a cancellation fee of $50, $75 for weekend bookings, will apply
- Credit(s) granted will be applied at the current posted rate. Credits are redeemable on regular weekdays (holidays and weekends excluded)
Holiday & Busy Season Cancellations:
- No credit will be issued when a reservation is cancelled less than three weeks prior to the reservation date, unless we can fill the spot.
- If the spot is filled, a $100 cancellation fee will apply and a credit will be issued.
Credits:
- Credits can be redeemed anytime, as long as scheduling allows, with the exception of weekends, long weekends, statutory holidays, or during busy season (Christmas break, March break, last two weeks of August)
- Credits don't expire, but will be applied at the current posted rate.
