A meet & greet is your first step towards peace of mind when arranging care for your dog while you’re away.
Every new member will have the opportunity to tour our property, find out more about us and the services we offer, and allow our dogs to get acquainted with one another before their first visit together.
Ideally, our prospective members are committed to boarding their dog in a small group, home environment that provides a higher standard of personalised care and attention than what is typically offered in commercial establishments.
We fill up fast! To ensure our schedule is open and available to prospective members, an appointment fee of $30 has been put in place and will be applied incrementally towards services reserved with us, or towards a Pluto’s Place membership for additional perks and preferred rates.
Appointment fees also deter no-shows and those who are not sure they’re ready to commit to our services, which has an impact on our schedule and takes up space for someone who is ready to commit.
Reservations (including those made far in advance) must be arranged within 30 days of the meet and greet date in order to be reimbursed.
