Puppies
10% - 30% Premium
Premium is determined based on assessment over 3 visits or 3 consecutive days at the full premium. Report will be provided.
Puppies: Any dog up to 2 years of age who has yet to mature out of the typical puppy habits, including toileting accidents, chewing, inconsistency with recall and basic commands (ex: sit, stay, leave it)
Medical Needs, & Special Care Required
10% - 30% Premium
Premium is determined based on assessment over 3 visits or 3 consecutive days at the full premium. Report will be provided.
Medical & Special care: Medication administration, light grooming, incontinence & females in heat (wraps required), daily walk requests, additional food prep & cold storage, high energy, moderate to high anxiety, & other requests not included in our basic rates
Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, or deposit (if required)

Extended Hours

Extended hours are offered 2 hours before and 2 hours after our regular weekday operating hours, from 7am - 7:50am, & 6:10pm to 8pm
Off-Schedule Drop-off or Pick-Up Requests
$30
As of March 1st, we are closed to the public from Friday at 6pm to Sunday at 4pm.
We are also closed to the public on long weekends, statutory holidays, and Eve’s.
Pick-ups and drop-offs during these time are not offered during these times and will carry an additional fee if requested.
Holiday fee for off-schedule pick ups and drop offs is $50
Late Arrival & Last Minute Requests
$20
This fee applies to;
- Late arrival (15mins or later than scheduled time) or without sufficient notice (under 30 minute)
- Late arrivals after hours (6pm)
- Last minute reservations made outside of business hours
- Add-on services requested while a service is in progress
- Requests that require us to adjust our schedule (including time extensions that put us over our maximum capacity)
- Weekend and holiday fee is $30

Cancellation Fee
Varies
If a deposit wasn’t required on a reservation, a cancellation fee of $50 will apply ($100 on holiday reservations) to all short notice and last minute cancellations.
