Daycare, Holiday Rates, & Additional Services

Daycare - Weekdays Only

Daycare spaces are limited in number. Offered Monday to Friday as our schedule permits. Daycare is not offered on weekends, holidays, or during peak seasons. Premium of 10-30% will be added for puppies and dogs requiring special care and/or increased supervision and attention. Pack walks during daycare hours are only offered during the Fall, Winter, & Spring to prevent overheating. Prices may vary based on seasonal demand

Puppies, Training, & Consultations

Premium care for puppies & special Needs/Care is based on assessment

Premium care rate will be determined over a 3 day daycare or overnight trial, completed over 1 to 4 weeks.

We define a "Puppy" as:

A dog under 2 years who requires the added supervision, structure, redirection, and care that puppies typically need as they mature.

"Special Needs/Care":

Requires direct supervision, frequent redirection, and/or special accommodations.
Requires medical accommodations or diapering.
Requires a daily or frequent hygiene routine
Experiences anxiety requiring additional care

A late fee is added for delays beyond the scheduled time without prior notice, or when less than 30 minutes notice is given ahead of scheduled time delay.

Delays beyond 10 minutes will be billed for one additional hour.

Cancellations

Fee Varies

No-shows, and short notice cancellations are non-refundable.

Cancellation fees with notice:

Deposit amount is subtracted from any credit issued

If a deposit wasn't required:

$100 fee
$150-$300 fee during holidays and peak season cancellations, depending on the time frame.

Credits issued are valid for up to 6 months and will be honoured at the posted rate when redeemed. Credits are not redeemable on holiday and peak season reservations.
